The Holy Face of Jesus devotion was given to Sr Marie Pierre as The Work of Reparation commissioned by Our Lord Himself to stop atheistic Communism. Our Lord revealed to Sr Marie Pierre on March 15 1844 of the existence of a “revolutionary society known as Communists who have dragged Me from My tabernacles and desecrated My Sanctuaries” but assures her that through the Work of Reparation “their plotting is in vain because their schemes will not succeed”.

In the words of Our Lord to Blessed Pierina:

“Every time My Face is contemplated I will pour out My Love into the hearts of those persons, and by means of My Holy Face the salvation of many souls will be obtained.”
